During May 2011, Coillte in partnership with Woodlands of Ireland, celebrated 10 years of the People's Millennium Forests Project.

Guided walks were held in five of the Millennium Forests around the country on 22nd May.

Photo Competition

A  Photo Competition was held in conjunction with CRANN Ireland .  The prize giving ceremony was held at the Botanic Gardens in November 2011, where Mr. Shane McEntee TD, Minister of State presented the prizes to the 3 winners.
